The bobber was designed with two ideas in mind. To engage children while fishing, and to keep them safe from the hook. This achieved by giving the bobber a fun, stylized boat shape so the child could watch it bob, but also incorporates a cavity for the hook to hide in while the hook is being cast and when it is not in use. The model was designed in Rhino3D and rendered in Keyshot, the prototype was 3D printed.
